Design, construction and renovation of the existing park facilities.

• improve circulation and green infrastructure
• repair sections of the stream channel with severe bank erosion which require stabilization techniques to prevent loss of adjacent property and road infrastructure
• restroom structure allows for additional programming or longer use times for the park and shelter
• study of pedestrian circulation around the well to resolve cut-throughs of the landscape beds adjacent to parking lot
• WiFi/Security
